Each session is uniquely crafted with care and intuitive preparation. To honour that sacred process, the following policies apply:
Payment
- Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Your payment must reference your appointment date.
- If payment is not completed in this way, your booking will automatically be cancelled.
Refunds
- Due to the custom and advanced preparation of my work, no refunds are offered.
Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
- You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Email me at info@yasnaidoojooste.com for rescheduling requests.
- If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice and your session has been paid for, the call may be cancelled but your guidance will be delivered via email.
- If you do not show up to your appointment without 24 hours' notice and your session has been paid for, the call may be cancelled but your guidance will be delivered via email.
- If you have rescheduled and you’re unable to attend the rescheduled session, the call may be cancelled and your reading will be shared with you via email.
Compassion Clause
