By using this website and booking a session, you agree to the following terms, which are here to ensure a respectful and aligned experience for both of us.
1. Services Offered
I provide intuitive guidance sessions that may include metaphysical readings, oracle card insights, and spiritual coaching based on my personal experiences. These sessions are for personal development and self-awareness only.
2. Booking & Payment - Appointments must be booked online and payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Your payment must reference your appointment date.
- If payment is not completed in this way, your booking will automatically be cancelled.
3. Special Terms If You Cannot Attend A Live Session The following terms apply only to the Soul Purpose Alignment and Deep Transformation offers if you cannot attend the live call but still wish to receive the reading:
- When you make your booking, you will receive an emailed meeting invite. Reply to that email to let me know that you can't attend live, and share any relevant details about your current life situation and if you have specific questions so that I can guide you on how you can integrate the messages into your life going forward.
- Your reading will be carried out during your booked timeslot and I’ll share a video recording of your reading via email within 2 working days after your booked timeslot.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations - You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Email me at info@yasnaidoojooste.com for rescheduling requests.
- If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice and your session has been paid for, the call may be cancelled but your guidance will be delivered via email.
- If you do not show up to your appointment without 24 hours' notice and your session has been paid for, the call may be cancelled but your guidance will be delivered via email.
- If you have rescheduled and you’re unable to attend the rescheduled session, the call may be cancelled and your reading will be shared with you via email.
- If payment is not made at the time of booking, your booking will automatically be cancelled.
5. Ongoing Guidance After A Booking - Each offering, whether a live call or email, is designed to offer deep insight and support in a single container. To maintain the integrity of the guidance and honour the energy it requires, ongoing or follow-up guidance outside of your booked session—particularly over messaging or email—is not included as part of the service.
- If you have further questions, require additional support, or feel the need for continued guidance, I kindly invite you to book a follow-up session. This ensures that you receive the full presence, care, and clarity your journey deserves.

6. Code of Conduct Please arrive on time and create a calm, private environment for your session. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if the session environment or behaviour is not aligned with respectful engagement.
