Slow Down, Dear One

Slow down, dear one.

Slow down enough to feel the wind against your skin. Slow down enough to see the clouds drifting and disappearing. Slow down enough to feel the energy of the sun charging every cell in your body.

It is safe for you to slow down.

You may worry that there is no time, that there are too many things to do. It is okay. Time is infinite, and there will always be something to do. There is time for you to slow down.

If you only knew all that you are and how worthy you are, you would understand why this is true. You wouldn’t push yourself when you are tired. You wouldn’t force yourself when you are unwell. You wouldn’t try to be anything other than exactly who you are, because who you are is infinitely worthy.

You are worthy when you are happy. You are worthy when you are sad. You are worthy when you are busy. And you are worthy when you are still. You are always, always worthy.

Slow down, dear one.

You are safe.

And all is well.
